I would design a program that utilizes the exercises I listed above and do 3 muscle building workouts and 3 cardio workouts per week. You will also need to follow a diet high in protein and low in carbs to achieve the lean body fat levels of the immortals. I would also research the Kellan lutz Workout,  And The Henry Cavill Workout to get familiar with the actors.
